      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      User would like a feature in service desk where if a ticket is resolved , automatically generated surveys / or feedback forms will be sent to their customers to collect certain information.
