Allow Disable or Modify "Request has been Approved" notification

      Issue Summary

      When an approval step is completed, an email is sent to the Reporter about it. However, the wording could lead customers to believe that their ticket has been closed/entirely solved, which is not the case.

      Please allow this notification to be disabled or modified.
