Public Signup at Service Desk Portals Page

      Hi everyone,
      I just closed this one as we have another duplicate issue (JSD-1388) that has more votes on it. We'll use the other issue to keep the discussion going.

      User would prefer a public signup option at the service desk portals page.

      This page urls usually ends with customer/portals, for example :
      http://localhost:8014/servicedesk/customer/portals

      This is how the page looks like when a customer access the link :

      There is no option to sign up on this page unlike the public sign up option available on individual customer portals. Customer would like the ability to sign up for all desk at once.
