      Please vote or comment on JSD-1388 so that we have a single venue to discuss this. The two issues duplicate each other.Thanks!

      If every single customer portal allows for anonymous signup, then the option should be available when the Help Center is accessed. Right now going to the page only offers a login prompt. While the individual customer portals offer both login, and signup pages.
