Issue Summary

When we impersonate any user then we should expect to see the Alerts and Team which is only for that user. However, we are seeing all the Alerts and Teams

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new user and assign them to one team along with several alerts.
2. Impersonate that user using an admin role user.
3. You will observe that all Alerts and Teams visible to the admin role are also accessible. The expected outcome is that, upon impersonation, the user should only see the Alerts and Teams relevant to them.

Expected Results

The expected outcome is that, upon impersonation, the user should only see the Alerts and Teams relevant to them.

Actual Results

Currently, all Alerts and Teams visible to the admin role who has impersonated that user are also accessible.
