Issue Summary

Unable to search labels including some symbols on a knowledge base setting > "Only show articles labeled" option.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Reach to Confluence page(set as Knowledge base) and add labels "test", "test-1", "test-2", "test-3","test-4","test-5" to a page.
2. and add label "test-+"
   
3. Reach to Jira Service Management project > knowledge base setting > "Only show articles labeled" option
4. Input the keyword "test-+" to search field

Expected Results

The label include some symbols is shown and selectable.

Actual Results

The label including some symbols is not shown.

I found the following symbols are searchable at "Only show articles labeled" search.
OK symbols(We can search)

- ~ / '

But If following symbols is not searchable, search output becomes no output.

+ = ¥ " { } | %

We can add label like "+1", ++++" on Confluence, but if we search at "Only show articles labeled", it is not shown.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
