      Issue Summary

      Language support is available for Forms, but the form is saved in the customer's chosen language. Consequently, the form is displayed to the agent in the same language, irrespective of the agent's preferred language..

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
