When FORM has multiple language translations added as per New! Multilingual support for Forms in Jira Service Management it works fine when creating new ticket from Portal.
But when Agents adds FORM to any ticket from Issue View, then the FORM stays as per the Agent's Language. In Portal it is appearing in same Language as per Agent language and it is not translated to Customer's Language.
It would be great if the FORM gets translated as per the customer language in portal even if it is added by Agent.
