Issue Summary

On the following Windows terminals, even if you open a JSM form, it will remain closed if you reopen it in another tab.

• OS: Windows11 version 22H2 (OS build 22621.3737)
• Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Edge

This issue does not occur on Mac OS.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create JSM Project
2. Add Form in any issue type
3. Create Issue has Form
4. Show the issue in Agent view and Expand the Form
5. Make a note of the issue URL
6. Open new tab
7. Enter the issue URL

Expected Results

It works the same on Windows OS as it does on Mac OS.

• If a user leaves a form in an expanded state and then navigates to another issue:
•  If the same form is attached to the subsequent issue, the system will automatically display this form in an expanded view.
• If the previously expanded form is not present in the new issue, all attached forms will be in the collapsed state by default.

Even if the form was last viewed in an open state, it will always be closed in the new tab.
