Issue Summary

In the case of Chrome and Edge, the form is always closed when the browser is restarted.
Safari and Firefox will keep the expanded state of the form when the browser is closed.

If possible, I would like it to behave the same as Safari/Firefox.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create JSM Project
2. Add Form in any issue type
3. Create Issue has Form
4. Show the issue in Agent view and Expand the Form
5. Make a note of the issue URL
6. Close browser
7. Enter the issue URL into your browser and view the Form

Expected Results

All four browsers supported by Atlassian behave the same.

Actual Results

• Safari and Firefox will keep the expanded state of the form when the browser is closed.

• In Chrome and Edge, forms are always hidden when you reopen the browser.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
