Stakeholders field can't be set automatically

      Stakeholders field is added to Incident issues. It is at the moment not possible to add users to this field automatically. Here are some ways available to set fields automatically, that does not work for Stakeholders field:

      • Automation's Edit Issue Field action
      • Automation's Advanced field editing using JSON
      • Post Function

      This feature would be really beneficial to reduce Agent's workload to add Stakeholders. Furthermore, it would also help ensure the Stakeholders field are always populated where necessary.

      Workaround:

      The REST API Add stakeholders can be used alongside Send Web Request action in Automation to accomplish this for now.
