Forms: Ability to add attachment in Paragraph field

      Current behaviour:
      Even if the Form field supports rich text editing, a user can't add an attachment directly to the Paragraph field:

      Expected behaviour:
      If this ability is provided with this field type, the need to add the Attachment field in the Form will be eliminated.
