Current Problem

On the Jira Service Management customer portal, customers can add rich‑text content using the “Paragraph (rich text)” field type.

However, this field by itself does not allow attachment file uploads.
Files can only be uploaded if a separate “Attachment” field is also added to the request form.

Administrators who want to design clean forms would prefer to let customers upload files inline in the rich‑text Paragraph field only, without having to expose an additional, Attachment field on the same form.

Suggested Solution

• Allow “Paragraph (rich text)” fields on the JSM customer portal to accept file uploads without requiring a separate “Attachment” field on the form.

   OR

• Option to hidd the “Attachment” field on the JSM portal while keeping it on the request type
