      Problem Definition

The attachment field in the JSM form doesn't support pasting Forms while the same field in the request form supports this functionality which confuses customers while attaching documents.

      Suggested Solution

      • Allow pasting the screenshots/images through the Form's attachment field.

      Workaround

User drag and drop or Browse function to upload attachments.

it's embarrasing that Customers cannot paste images and screenshots in rich text description fields in custom forms,  absolutely embarrasing and annoying respect other ITSM as SNow or Remedyforce

This is really annoying. I WOULD use the System field rather than a forms field If I could tell the Request to put it at the bottom and not at the top of the form where is doesn't make sense!

The fact that the attachment field behaves so differently in Request Form versus Form is very bad for the user experience. Please prioritize aligning them

I agree this should be implemented. It's a feature often used by our customers to easily upload images. It's now very confusing to the customer as this works for some forms but not others.
