Issue Summary
When text in an email body is placed within the <pre></pre> tag, Jira formats it as a block of code, and all other tags used inside are ignored.
Links are erased and become a plain line of code (see attached images).
Steps to Reproduce
- Send an email to service project handler that includes text nested in <pre></pre> HTML tag
Expected Results
The text is formatted as normal text, according to the tags within it, in the Jira issue description.
Actual Results
All text inside the <pre> tag is placed in a block of code in the Jira issue description.
Workaround
Disable "HTML email parsing" in Settings > Products > Email requests.
