Issue Summary

The "Save" button is greyed out intermittently when adding an attachment from the Agent view in Jira service desk project.

• the save button shows enabled when adding an attachment on the first attempt.  Created an attachment again and the save button is disabled. After a browser tab refreshes, the button shows enabled again when attempting to add an attachment.
• Multiple support engineers could replicate the issue on their instance.
• The behavior is the same on company-managed projects & team-managed projects.
• Attached the har file for both use cases.

• Could not find any open BUG for this behavior.

Steps to Reproduce

• Go to any issue in JSM project.
• Click on the clip icon to add an attachment in the comment
• The save button shows disabled(greyed out)

• Refresh the browser tab and repeat the same steps.
• The save button shows enabled

Expected Results

The save button should be enabled all the time.

Actual Results

The Save button is intermittently disabled/greyed out.

Workaround

Refresh the page when the button is greyed out and try again to add an attachment.
