Saving comment with multiple files on new issue view does not allow saving

Issue Summary

When saving a comment with multiple attachments, the save button idle and do not allow saving,

Environment

• Production Jira Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

The problem is intermittent and not reproducible most of the time
 

1. Create an issue from the new issue view
2. Upload multiple files to a comment or description fields.
3. Select the "save" button when uploading the files.
4. This does not allow you to save.
5. In the same scenario, we could see an error message such as:

   We couldn't save your comment
   It might be empty, too long, or have invalid
   formatting. If you copy-pasted, try removing the
   formatting and adding it directly in the editor.

Expected Results

• Allow to click save to store the data from the comment box,

Actual Results

• Save idle

Workaround

• Click Add internal note / Reply to customer
• Click image icon in the opened editor to insert media
• Click save one media file finished uploading
