Issue Summary

Move (or copy) a request type from one project to another project

Steps to Reproduce

Just like issues can be moved between two projects using the bulk move option, it will be helpful if we can move request types between the project 

Expected Results

Able to move (or copy) request types between two projects in Jira Service Management. 

Actual Results

Currently, this feature is not present. 

Workaround

Delete the request types in the source project and move it to the destination proket.
