      As a Service Desk Administrator, it would be nice if I could move a request type created in one Service Desk to another Service Desk, so that I do not have to create the same request type in another project and then delete it in the origin project.

            I definitely agree. Some of the restrictions in this software are baffling. I have a feeling this has to do with the entire structure of the code, from the ground up, so I assume that many of the features we IT professionals are clamoring for in many of these requests just aren't worth the man-power for Atlassian to invest in.
