discard the days when no issue is created from the SLA % reports calculation

      Summary:

      The implementation of JSDCLOUD-9069 has led to JSM reports displaying a 100% SLA Met for all days when no issues were created.
      This includes weekends or off days too when no issues were actually created, but the report still shows 100% SLA met.

      This can be confusing for admins, also the final report data will not be accurate.

      Suggestion:

      1. Please provide a way to exclude desired days of the week while creating the report as shown below:
      2. Show N/A for the days when no issue is created and don't count those days in the SLA % calculation

      Workaround:

      Look for third-party addons on Atlassian Marketplace
