Summary:
The implementation of JSDCLOUD-9069 has led to JSM reports displaying a 100% SLA Met for all days when no issues were created.
This includes weekends or off days too when no issues were actually created, but the report still shows 100% SLA met.
This can be confusing for admins, also the final report data will not be accurate.
Suggestion:
- Please provide a way to exclude desired days of the week while creating the report as shown below:
- Show N/A for the days when no issue is created and don't count those days in the SLA % calculation
