      Problem Definition

Based on Reporting on SLAs documentation, the daily data calculated based on issue that Met and breached the SLA on that day. Currently, when no issues created on that day, the report show 0%. It is more useful to management(who is reading the report) to see that 100% of a goal was met rather than 0%.

      Suggested Solution

Ability to have the option to set the % Met report to 100% when there are no issues created on that day.

      Why this is important

The management will get better visibility whether the agents doing a good job by meeting the SLA requirement or not. If it displays 0% , they will assume there is no issue on that day met the SLA goal.

      Workaround

For better visibility to the management, add "Created" series in the report. This will show there are no issue created on that day.
