      Hi everyone,

      The inability to add new attachments when transitioning an issue has been resolved. Please note that for you to be able to upload attachments in the editor, the Attachment field needs to be first configured on the screen.

      Please note that the inability to reference existing attachments is tracked separately on JRACLOUD-82488.

      We could observe that when using attachments in JIRA Service Management, it is possible to share it with a customer into the comments on the issue or just adding a file on it.

      But, when using a transition screen, adding an attachment is not possible. We can only post our comments.

      It would be nice if we could improve it to use similar form as that of comments screen wherein we can add an attachment while responding to customer.
