ProForma/Forms: audit history of changes to forms, including individual fields.

      At the moment, as per our public documentation here : https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/what-are-form-states/ . Whenever the form is in submitted state, any changes made to linked Jira field is not reflected in the form.

      Provide a way to see these changes in the form once the form is submitted as well.

      Suggestion

      It would useful to see when and who made the following changes to a form in an issue's audit history:

      • added,
      • deleted
      • submitted,
      • re-opened,
      • portal access changed (JSM) // attach to request types change (JSM)
      • edited
        • Record individual field changes within a form, even if they are not linked to Jira fields.
