Issue Summary
Portal Customer / Users synced with User provisioning with no license cannot browse for Insight objects o customer portal
Steps to Reproduce
- Setup an Insight field and add it to the customer portal.
- Configure the Insight field with an IQL that involves user type attribute.
- Add the user attribute as “searchable attributes” in the custom field configuration
- Browse the objects from the portal as an agent
- Browse the objects from the portal one of the users synced via provisioning and does not have a Jira license
Expected Results
The user can browse the Insight objects in the Insight field
Actual Results
The user cannot browse the Insight objects unless provided with product access:

Notes
The issue only impacts portal customer or users synced via user provisioning without a license
Workaround
As an agent, use the Raise a request on behalf of option on the portal or update the Insight objects after an issue is created
