Ability to search for Objects' User Type Attributes in Insight

      Summary

      Request for the ability to search for Objects' User Type Attributes in Insight. This is currently not possible if the user has a customer account (using the portal) or does not have any Jira product licence. If user attributes are displayed in autocomplete results, the users are displayed as "Unknown user".

      Workaround

      No workarounds available as this is currently not supported.
