Problem

When we add a comment to an issue with a table that has merged cells, the customer notification received by the customers does not have the table.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a comment to a ticket which has a table with a merged cell.
2. Save the comment so that the email notification is triggered to the customers 

Expected Results

Customer receives the "Public comment added" notification that has that table

Actual Results

Customer receives the notification but it does not contain the table.

Workaround

1. Create a table within Jira comments field instead of copy/pasting it from another source.
2. Avoid/Remove Merged Cells while copy/pasting tables to Jira Comments.

Notes

The internal Jira notifications are sent correctly that contain this table.
