      Issue Summary

      Queues are not translated when changing personal language and system language

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Change your profile language on https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences
      2. Change the site language on System > General configuration

      Expected Results

      The entire instance is translated to the desired language

      Actual Results

      Default and custom queues are not translated. 

      If a new project is created by a user/admin, for example, when the profile and site are in Spanish, it will show queues and other information in Spanish, but if another user with the profile in English access the project, it will show the queues in Spanish (also the SLAs and Issue types are not translated to the current user language).

      After changing the site and profile language from Spanish to English, the project previously created while the user was using another language, won’t be translated. 

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
