Issue Summary
Even changing the site language, the profile language or translate the statuses in Jira, the message that the ticket was approved or declined will not be translated to the current language.
From the agent view, it is also not translated.
Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a workflow approval step;
- Change your profile language;
- Approve a ticket and check the comments section.
Expected Results
Jira will translate the entire sentence to your profile language.
Actual Results
Jira translates the sentence partially and leaves the status name with the language that it was created.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
