      steps to reproduce
      1. create a Service Desk with different Customer Request Types for (at least) two Issue Types;
      2. create a Service Desk ticket with Issue type A - it'll have a relevant Customer Request Type assigned to it;
      3. edit the Issue Type.

      Expected result: Customer Request Type is updated accordingly with the Issue Type.
      Actual result: Customer Request Type stays the same.

            Can you add a step to the move issue wizard to allow the user to set the request type if desired when remapping fields?

            Hello Joshua,
            We are currently encountering the same issue.
            Has this not been fixed in the new release ?
            Moreover, we are not able to edit manually the Request type field.

            Unfortunately, it isn't possible to do this automatically, as more than one Request Type may be using the same issue type, so the system can't know which Request Type you want the issue to have. However, see https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-42 for a feature request that would allow you to edit the Customer Request field manually.
