Configurable size of pie chart

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Pie charts in JIRA 6.4 are large and occupy a lot of space on the screen. The better is to use the space on showing results of text based filters instead of showing great annulus/annuli.

      It would be better if width of annulus can be configurable. It can be given in per-cents while 100% corresponds actual JIRA 6.4.3 width. The goal is to allow users to shrink pie charts to free some space on dashboard.

      Attachments show current size of pie chart and suggested shrinked version with the same window size. I do understand, pie chart is rendered regards to window size, but it is still too large and would be nice if it can be shrinked.
