Pasting text in WYSIWYG editor breaks formatting when creating in new window in IE11

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Open Jira in IE11.
      2. Open a new tab / window to create a new issue by clicking on Create holding CTRL.
      3. Paste a description with multiple lines, e. g.
      4. hello
world.
isn't this 
a beautiful day?

      Expected result

      is to see

      hello
world.
isn't this 
a beautiful day?

      Actual result

      helloworld.isn't this a beautiful day?

      Workaround

      This only happens, when you CTRL + Create. Everything works like a charm, when you use just Create and the Overlay Editor.

      Other browsers

      Also in Chrome Create or CTRL + Create work as expected. So it's just the IE11 for us.
