Attaching files in transition screen (on Filter Result gadget) failed with Internal Error message

      Summary

      Attaching files in transition screen (on Filter Result gadget) failed with Internal Error message

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Refer to any issues retrieved in Filter Result gadget (on the dashboard)
      2. Click on the arrow > choose any transition
      3. Try attaching any file

      Expected result

      The correct error message should be displayed or an attachment upload should be disabled 

      Actual Result

      The attachment is not uploaded successfully (due missing feaure https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-42900) and it throws error message "Internal Error" that does not describe the problem
