      Hi everyone,

      Attaching issues on the workflow transition screen is not now supported, as of JIRA 7.2.1.
      The feature request to support the feature is tracked under JRA-42900.

      Since we do not support file upload on the workflow transition - I'm closing this issue as not a bug now. Please vote for the mentioned feature request issues as we prfioritize our feature backlog by the number of votes.

      Summary

      Attaching files in transition screen (on Filter Result gadget) failed with Internal Error message

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Refer to any issues retrieved in Filter Result gadget (on the dashboard)
      2. Click on the arrow > choose any transition
      3. Try attaching any file

      Expected result

      The attachment file should be uploaded successfully

      Actual Result

      The attachment is not uploaded successfully and it throws error message "Internal Error"
