Issue Summary

Attaching files in the transition screen (on Filter Result gadget) failed with an Internal Error message. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create any filter 
2. Use the same filter on the Filter Result gadget (on the dashboard)
3. Click on the three dots (...) to perform a transition from the gadget itself, which contains screen to add attachment
4. Try attaching any file

Expected Results

The attachment file should be uploaded successfully.

Actual Results

The attachment is not uploaded successfully and it throws error message "An internal error has occurred"

Workaround

Attaching the files pre-/post-transition, from the issue view.
