Issue collector is not rendered properly if Jira is behind an SSO service

      Summary

      Issue collector breaks (not showing the fields) when Jira is behind an SSO service.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Login to the Jira instance via GApps with Keep me signed in ticked (or any other SSO service)
      2. Create an issue collector for a project and put it inside an HTML
      3. Close the browser
      4. Open the HTML file with the same browser again
      5. Trigger the issue collector

      Reproduced in Chrome and Firefox.
