Description
Issue Summary
When a user has JIRA behind an SSO such as SAFE and sets up an issue collector to have non JIRA users raise issues, the issue collector appears broken showing only Name and Email fields.
This issue occurs if they do not have any active sessions and have cleared their browser cache.
Steps to Replicate
- Set up JIRA to be authenticated into via SAFE SSO.
- Create an issue collector in any project.
- Create a page that calls the issue collector for raising tickets.
Expected Behavior
When a user presses the Issue collector trigger they should see the configured form always.
Actual Behavior
Users get the issue collector but it only shows the name and email fields mostly if there is no active sessions in JIRA on the same browser the issue collector was opened from.
