Transitions in the Detail View are breaking the filters

      If you perform a search in the Issue Navigator (I'm using the My Open Issues filter), it will bring some results:

      But if you perform a transition in the Detail View, such as "Start Progress", the filter results will disappear:

      And if you refresh the filter, the issues will appear again, and the transition will be changed:

      As a side note, I wasn't able to replicate this in JIRA 6.0.8.
