As an Administrator I would like to manage filter subscriptions and dashboards.
Due to a bug regarding personal subscriptions, I've noticed that a user has a filter that runs every minute. Since it is private filter and an LDAP user, I cannot access the account or filter.
I think JIRA administrators should be able to monitor or control items such as subscriptions. The user could be returning a large list of results every minute of every day. I would like to be able to track, disable, and speak with the filter/subscription creator.
Workaround
- To get list all of private filters:
select * from searchrequest where id not in (select entityid from sharepermissions where entitytype='SearchRequest');
- Deleting other users filters and subscriptions
