Assigned to Me portlet does not display In Progress issues

    Description

      JIRA has a default portlet called "Open Issues: Assigned To Me". Actually, it only displays Open or Reopened issues assigned to me; not my "In Progress" issues.

      It can be argued that because a separate "Open Issues: In Progress" portlet exists (right below, in the default dashboard), issues should not be duplicated in both portlets. In that case, we should clarify this somehow in the portlet.
