Situation

In the users dashboard we have 2 views:
Issues assigned to me
Issues in progress by me

User A assigns a task to person B.

Problem
The issue is still visible in the user A dashboard in "Issues asigned to me".
User B does not see the assigned issue in his dashboard.

However:
Statistics are correctly updated: Number of issues per user.
The issue itself shows the user B as Assignee.

This problem does not occur everytime.
The person who did the initial assign was always the same.

Workaround
Assign the issue to a person C and then assign it back to person B
