In Progress / Assign Issue bug

Reported by one of our users:

If I create an issue, and assign it to myself, then "Start Progress", then reassign to someone else, then search for all issues assigned to current user and in progress, it still appears in my issue list, even though it is no longer assigned to me...

To remove it (from my In Progress view), I have to reassign back to myself, start progress, stop progress, then assign back to the other person...

Surely this isn't quite correct – when an issue is re-assigned, the "In Progress" flag should be set back to false.
