Reassigning an In Progress issue does not update search indexes and portlets

    Description

      When an "In Progress" issue is reassigned, the issue will still appear on the original user's "Open Issues: In Progress" portlet, and will still appear in searches for 'In Progress' issues. A manual reindex is required to fix this.
