Mail Handler popup configuration seems to have lost the ability to access the 'com/atlassian/jira/plugins/mail/ServiceConfiguration' class

      I've just noticed that in m06 Mail Handler popup configuration seems to have lost the ability to access the 'com/atlassian/jira/plugins/mail/ServiceConfiguration' class that is available in 5.1.6, this breaks configuration of JEMH. The class is still present in the jira-mail parent plugin, but seems to no longer resolve within my p2 plugin. This class is used to retrieve the context of the popup, to re-select a previously saved configuration selection.
      A diff of the jira-mail's atlassian-plugin.xml between versions doesn't show up anything that would cause this.
