Unable to register mail handler on 6.0.8

      I upgraded from 5.x to 6.0.8 and get the same issue when trying to register my custom email handler.
      java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: AbstractEditHandlerDetailsWebAction

      Is it fixed in 6.0.8?
