Specify fixed/absolute time for filter subscription to be emailed

    Description

      Yesterday, and 3:35pm I subscribed to a newly created filter, and ran it and was pleased with the emailed response. I'd set the subscription to be 1d, and today, at 3:35pm I got my second email.

      This is all well and good, but what I really want, is to get the emails every 1d, at 8am. But theres no way to currently set the time.
