From the mailing list:

"Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify the "starting time" of a
subscription through JIRA's UI. You should be able to edit the "lastRun"
column of the "filtersubscription" table to "dummy" the last run value."

Would it possible to specify when you want the subcriptions to start from? As it stands if I want a report sent to me every week at thursday lunch, I either have to kick the filter subscription off at thursday lunch time, or hack the database.
