Filter Subscription - Specify Next Send

On the Filter Subscription, the ability to specify a "Next Time" specifically, rather than a period from the current date.
Allowing the "Next Send" time to be specified or edited.
i.e set Next Send to 7:30am everyday, rather than a time period from now (1d)
