When using JIRA for support, we follow a "bounce to customer" workflow and then put in a comment for the customer. But the customers previous comments are not visible and hence you have lost the "context" on what you are commenting on.
It would be great if we could see the previous screen contents. Same as when you add a comment in general.
The previous screen has the "context details" need to comment to the customer. I would suggest this applies to virtually any workflow action!
