Create user preference which allows watchers of a parent issue to automatically watch of all the sub-tasks

      In many cases people here don't want to have to add themselves to the dozens of related subtasks if they are watching the parent issue. If there were a preference that when flipped would make a watcher of a parent watch all the children it would be very helpful.
